Spoken English Examination

Genius English Academy of Sri Lanka has successfully conducted inaugural Spoken English examination on 1 March 2018 at VISHU Institute of Technology - IDH. Around eight students were participated for the examination under two levels as Elementary and Foundation. They had to participate for an interview as well as for a written examination that conducted under the guidance of Ms. Madara Gunathilaka. As a radical English teacher, Ms. Madara Gunathilaka implements new strategies through her academy, to go beyond the traditional learning methods of English. Because of that, students got a valuable opportunity to face for an interview in English in their school age. Ms. Chathurangi Kariyawasam (Graduate in Chemistry, Institute of Chemistry Ceylon) and Mr. Amila Ranasinghe (Undergraduate in Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura) were conducted the interview and students had to talk in English at least 30 minutes with them. Special thank goes to Head of VISHU Institute of Technology - IDH, Mr. Saminda Prasad for providing space to conduct the examination and crew members of GEASL, Mr. Navindu Gunathilaka and Ms. Sawandi Abeywickrama.
